 with qalish in my tummy during last ramadhan alhamdulillah..today 1st day of ramadhan... first puasa wif lil qalish around...this time me celebrate ramadhan wif hubs n lil qalish ... if last year alhamdulillah complete 30 days... insyaAllah this year hopefully can make it 30 days since i'm still fully bf my lil qalish... last year we celebrate early ramadhan @ makkah & madinah.. experience fasting+preggy+umrah at the same time really mencabar... Should I fast while breastfeeding? of course YES!!! if last year i can make it during my pregnancy.. insyaallah this year me also can make it... it's depend on you... amount of food you take should make no difference to the amount of milk you produce.... our baby will not be harmed,insyaallah i can able to keep up milk production while fasting.... during plenty of water during sahur... insyaAllah rezeki lil qalish mencurah eventho mommy fasting... ameen... HAPPY FASTING TO ALL... May Allah bless us always.... |
